Contra-Parallel

Planets are contra-parallel when they are have the same Declination, and both are in opposite hemispheres, one north and one south of the equator.

Declination

Declination measures the "up-and-down" position of a planet relative to the Celestial Equator. Declination gives planets an added dimension of interpretation (e.g. parallel).

Out of Bounds

When a planet's declination is greater than the Sun's maximum declination, it is said to be Out of Bounds. The planet's energy becomes a bit unpredictable, unconventional, and may behave in a way that's exteme or outside the norm, in a positive or negative way.
